The best ginger iced tea is home made

I am a big fan of ginger iced tea or of ginger chocolate or ginger curd, ginger muffins, ginger cereals. Yes, you may call me Ginger from now on. I decided to make ginger iced tea at least once a week since I make an entire teapot every time. And all you have to do is to make some green tea, add fresh ginger, honey and some lemon juice and the ice, before you serve it. It’s one of my favourite summer drinks. And in the cereal bowl we have a delicious mixture of oat and rye flakes, dry ginger, goji berries,
almonds, hazelnuts and almond milk. You cannot see all of them, but they are there. I gave up buying processed cereals a year and a half ago and it’s not only the healthiest musli blend, but it’s so much more fun to make your own favourite mixture. Just think about the multitude of seeds or fruits you can add! Best part is that you don’t have to add sugar. For instance, the raisins or the dried sweet fruits will do the trick. Just make sure they don’t contain added sugar (they generally don’t but reading the labels is a good habit).

I’ve become that sort of person who cannot wait to wake up in the morning and have breakfast!

Good morning to all of you!
